Established in 1987, KW Law operates from offices in Livingston and Bathgate. (see Contact Us). The firm is proud of its roots but forward-looking and, since its establishment, has grown rapidly to become one of the leading firms in the area.

We aim to provide the highest quality of service to all clients regardless of circumstance and seek always to understand each client's separate needs and objectives to ensure quality of service is maintained.

Our legal rates are reasonable and competitive. Initial advice usually in the form of a consultation (telephone or meeting) up to 30 minutes is free and Legal Aid can generally be sought for those on low incomes. We also provide free, no obligation fee estimates or, at the very least, a clear indication of likely costs, no matter the legal issue(s) concerned.
